The item I want is out of stock – when will it be in?

Our stock is updated daily. Please check back frequently for updates on items listed as out of stock. If you should happen to order an item that has just gone out of stock you will be contacted regarding a delivery date or offered a full refund.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 24 hours). If you would like to change your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by all credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

What do you charge for shipping?

All items are shipped from our UK warehouse, and shipping is charged at a flat rate.

All orders tracked to your door:

Royal Mail Standard – normally 2 to 3 days – £3.90  (Free for orders over £30.00)

Does Taboo ship internationally? And how much?

Yes we ship international. You can order from anywhere in the world and have our products arrive right to you. Cost is flat rate £8.95.

Will my order arrive discreetly packaged?

Yes! We take your privacy and discretion seriously. There will be no markings whatsoever as the where the parcel has come from, no words like ‘Taboo’ appear on any of the packaging. The return address on the outside of the parcel will read:
Sender Rebos Investments 2 Surrey Street Brighton BN1 3PA. All parcels are securely sealed in complete plain packaging.

Will I be required to pay customs or duty fees if I’m outside the UK?

All items are shipped from our Brighton warehouse. Each customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be incurred if your package leaves the UK, please note that have no control over these charges. Please check your country’s customs regulations if you have and further questions. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

If you order products from our site for delivery to  destinations outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your unique order tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. You can also view your tracking number in your Taboo account.
